COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONING
We know these times are extremely changeable and understand changes can happen within 24 hours. Please contact us immediately for cancellations under these special circumstances and we will work closely with you to get the best outcome.

CANCELLATIONS
We are not able to cancel or refund wedding flowers within 14 days of the event date as flowers and supplies for your order will already be booked and organized.

In the event that your wedding is canceled or postponed (with more than 14 days notice), we are happy to refund your order minus an administration fee of $50NZD. 

If you receive a store credit with us, it is valid for 12 months.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds after your wedding flowers have been made, picked up or delivered.
